Return Policy

Your watch purchase comes with a 3 day money back guarantee. We also offer a 3 day exchange policy from the date you received your item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will make it right.If you simply would like to exchange your item for another item on our site or another style we may have available, we recommend you contact us for more information.
In the event of a returned item under the Return Policy, the item(s) must be in unused, unworn in the same condition sold. This means no blemishes, scratches, marks or signs of wear. Otherwise the item is non-returnable or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All International sales are Final.
The following items and services are excluded from our watch return policy and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged:
- Special Order Watches
- Unworn Watches
- New Watches
- Vintage Watches
- Repaired or Altered Watches by an unauthorized third party, this will also void the warranty.
- Personalization and/or special request customization such as, but not limited to: engraving, laser, gem encrusting, pvd/dlc coating, high polish, etc.
Contact us if your intention is to return the watch immediately. Ship the merchandise back to our store insured for the full purchase price with signature required, at your expense. We recommend providing a tracking number. Include all original packing materials including manuals, booklets and accessories.

Refund Policy
Once we received your item(s), a refund is initiated and the refund is processed depending on your original payment method.If the item arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us.
For online purchases:
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card. The return credit time can vary depending on the credit card or bank issuer. If the item is subject to a restocking fee the refund credit amount will be the purchase price minus the restocking fee.
For in-store purchases:
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However, when the item was paid for with cash, cashier check or bank wire in an amount greater than $250 Dollars, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of the return. If the item is subject to a restocking fee the refund credit amount will be the purchase price minus the restocking fee.

Exchange Policy
If you purchased an item and would like to exchange please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
